Summary

From BHEL Employee to Politics - I worked in BHEL for 20 years and was Union Vice President. I joined Bharathiya Janatha Party (BJP) since it was founded in 1980 and have held several positions and served for the party development in Karnataka State. I resigned my job in 1999 to contest for Karnataka State Elections for Binnepete Assembly Constituency from BJP and contested again in 2004. In 2010, I was elected as Member of Legislative Council (MLC) from BJP. I have worked honestly & effectively as MLC for 6 years including 4 years in charge for Mandya district. Currently I am the speaker for BJP in Karnataka State.
